Every vendor is required and responsible to follow all local, State, and Federal requirements and regulations. I understand I am required to be at the event in time to be completely setup and ready to do business PRIOR to event opening. Set up time is from 9:00 am – 2:30 pm on Fri. & 9:00-11:30 am on Sat. I also understand this is a two day event and will be in my booth both days for all posted vendor hours. I understand as a Vendor I am responsible for my litter – if I pack it in I will pack it out. I understand items promoting the use of or the selling of illegal or controlled substances will not be allowed. The “Arts in the Cove” A Festival by the Sea and others participating in the sponsorship of the “Arts in the Cove” A Festival by the Sea accept no responsibility for damages or injuries sustained by vendors. As a condition of, and in consideration of, the acceptance of their entries therein, all vendors and their parents or guardians shall be deemed to agree and assume all risks of injury to the vendor’s property and person resulting from, caused by, or connected with the conduct and management of the “Arts in the Cove” A Festival by the Sea and to release all claims which they may have against the “Arts in the Cove” A Festival by the Sea and the City of Coffman Cove and organizations that take part in the sponsorship of this “Arts in the Cove” A Festival by the Sea. Vendor participation accepted only on these conditions.
