2024 "Arts in the Cove" A Festival by the Sea- Located at the Coffman Cove Ferry Terminal August 9th & 10th. Booth fees paid after July 1st will be charged an additional $15 fee . Cancellations after July 10th will incur a 50% fee.

Your help is always needed at the festival to keep it functioning properly. Volunteering is key to success of the future of Arts in the Cove- A Festival by the Sea. Would you be willing to help with set up and/or take down of the Event?

Please note this is a two day event Friday, 8/9/24 3:00pm– 8:00 pm & Saturday 8/10/24 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm (Table size is 6’ x 2.5’)- Please note: hours are subject to change & you must be at your booth during all posted hours. Please read policies and procedures for further details. Please check all that apply. Booth Registration & Fees paid after July 1st will be charged an additional $20 fee (no exceptions) Cancellations after July 15th will incur a 50% fee.

Indoor 6 foot table. Heated and secured area before 7/1 $65 after 7/1 $85

Outside 6’ X 10’ booth before 7/1 $40 after 7/1 $60 (includes 1 table)

Outside 10’ X 10’ booth before 7/1 $50 after 7/1 $70 (includes 1 table)

Outside 10’ X 20’ booth before 7/1 $80 after 7/1 $100 (includes 2 tables)

Outside bring your own table/tent – space rental $40 before 7/1 after 7/1 $60

Outside Extra table is $20

Electricity (based on space available) $25

Camp Spot $10 I understand I will need to fill out and sign the vendor camping agreement sent by "Arts in the Cove" A Festival by the Sea

I will be paying by credit card and understand there is a 2.99% service fee

I will be paying by ACH and understand there is a 1% service fee

In applying to be a vendor at "Arts in the Cove" A Festival by the Sea. I understand my acceptance and participation at the festival carries responsibilities. I have reviewed and understand the following and have agreed to each of the following.

I understand if I am a food producer (either commercial, limited permit, or home baker), I must comply with Department of Environmental Conservation and “By The Sea” Arts & Seafood Festival requirements. Every vendor is required and responsible to follow all local, State, and Federal requirements and regulations.

I understand I am required to be at the event in time to be completely setup and ready to do business PRIOR to event opening. Set up time is from 9:00 am – 2:30 pm on Fri. & 9:00-11:30 am on Sat.

I also understand this is a two day event and will be in my booth both days for all posted vendor hours.

I understand as a Vendor I am responsible for my litter - if I pack it in I will pack it out.

I understand items promoting the use of or the selling of illegal or controlled substances will not be allowed.

The “Arts in the Cove” A Festival by the Sea and others participating in the sponsorship of the “Arts in the Cove” A Festival by the Sea accept no responsibility for damages or injuries sustained by vendors. As a condition of, and in consideration of, the acceptance of their entries therein, all vendors and their parents or guardians shall be deemed to agree and assume all risks of injury to the vendor’s property and person resulting from, caused by, or connected with the conduct and management of the “Arts in the Cove” A Festival by the Sea and to release all claims which they may have against the “Arts in the Cove” A Festival by the Sea and the City of Coffman Cove and organizations that take part in the sponsorship of this “Arts in the Cove” A Festival by the Sea. Vendor participation accepted only on these conditions.

I understand if I fail to follow the Policies of the “Arts in the Cove” A Festival by the Sea, I will not be allowed to sell at this or future “Arts in the Cove” A Festival by the Sea

If my application is accepted I will be invoiced for all checked priced items
