I have reviewed and understand the following and have agreed to each of the following.(Required) I understand if I am a food producer (either commercial, limited permit, or home baker), I must comply with Department of Environmental Conservation and “Arts in the Cove" requirements. Every vendor is required and responsible to follow all local, State, and Federal requirements and regulations. I understand I am required to be at the event in time to be completely setup and ready to do business by 11 am. Set up time is from 8:00 am – 11: am on Sat. I understand I am responsible for my litter - if I pack it in I will pack it out. Dumpsters are for festival garbage only. I will not dump unsold items or cardboard boxes into the dumpsters. I understand if I do I may be asked to leave and not be invited back the following year. I understand that any and all unsold items must be removed from the premised by midnight on Saturday. There will be no group donation site or dumpster available for unsold items. I understand items promoting the use of or the selling of illegal or controlled substances will not be allowed. The “Arts in the Cove” and others participating in the sponsorship of the Island Wide Swap Meet accept no responsibility for damages or injuries sustained by vendors. As a condition of, and in consideration of, the acceptance of their entries therein, all vendors and their parents or guardians shall be deemed to agree and assume all risks of injury to the vendor’s property and person resulting from, caused by, or connected with the conduct and management of the “Arts in the Cove” A Festival by the Sea and to release all claims which they may have against the “Arts in the Cove” A Festival by the Sea and the City of Coffman Cove and organizations that take part in the sponsorship of this Island Wide Swap Meet.
